When it comes to tattoo aftercare just about everyone has their own opinion and complicated healing ritual involving lotions and ointments. Sometimes you’re not even sure if you’re healing a tattoo or summoning the ghost of jazz artist Duke Ellington. Saniderm changes all of that with a clear waterproof adhesive bandage that eliminates any lotions or ointments and needs very little maintenance once applied to a new tattoo.
Primarily sold online, Saniderm needed a complete redesign for their website. Their current design had about as much personality as a medical supply store. Saniderm needed original photography, a modernized unique design, and a fully integrated e-commerce store to support a new print and digital marketing campaign.
Our main objective was to visually connect and identify Saniderm with tattoo artists and enthusiasts. These primary users are strongly defined as those who value art, creativity, and individuality. With that in mind, our strategy centered around recreating the brand in a way that would capture that unique personality in both the design and imagery.
We did a complete photography overhaul and extensive redesign with custom icons, videos, and new artwork to create a dynamic site that helps define who Saniderm is.In addition, as an e-commerce store, every portion of the site was designed to be responsive and fully transactional across all devices.
