Phil Jolley is the Lead Support Engineer, professional problem solver, and client hero. He leads his team into battle daily, solving complex development issues with composure and patience. His team’s motto of “Listen, Ask, Solve” not only makes clients feel valued and heard, but doubles as a bomb defusing method when things get hairy. A typical day for Phil is working with clients that would like to add functionality to their website such as a blog section, improved site speed, or additional e-Commerce functionality. If a client brings it to Firetoss and it deals with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento, the support team is who we call. Literally and figuratively. When Phil isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family, playing pretty much any sport, and enjoying Utah’s captivating outdoor activities.
