Job Description:

This unique, hybrid position is equal parts Client Success, SEO Strategist, and Copywriter. The primary function of the recruiting strategist is to conduct market and keyword research pertaining to truck driver jobs in various locations around the United States. The Recruiting Strategist works with a select few clients to understand their recruiting needs, the difficulties they face, and also understand where they have had success in the past. You will be writing job listings for these clients based on keyword research findings an job listing best practices. As client retention is an essential piece of DriveTrucking.com’s overall success, your performance will be based on client happiness and the value clients receive from our service.

Job Requirements:

  • Top-notch written and verbal English communication skills
  • Use Keyword Planner and other resources to identify keyword opportunities that will increase visibility of the client’s jobs
  • Writing job descriptions for trucking jobs
  • Communicating with clients on a regular basis
  • Ensuring our platform is providing continual benefit to clients
  • Reporting on various metrics to the Director, as required
  • Bi-weekly reporting to clients on campaign performance

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Business writing experience
  • Familiarity with Google platforms like Analytics and AdWords
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinker and self-starter
