Job Description:

The Marketing Manager’s job is to drive traffic to DriveTrucking.com through a number of paid channels as well as organic search. Additionally, the Marketing Manager oversees the onboarding of new trucking company clients and reports to the Director when onboarding procedures are complete. As this is a lead generation marketing position, the Marketing Manager should have a thorough understanding of common digital marketing terminology, strategies, and technology. The Marketing Manager will maintain a budget and decide where to spend based on client needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work
  • Working in the WordPress CMS
  • Publishing a monthly publishing calendar for banner ads
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring sufficient job seeker traffic is finding their posted jobs
  • Reporting on KPIs to the Director as required
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and AdWords

Job Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications
  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinker and self-starter
