I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Craft and Hobby Association’s 75th Anniversary Mega Show in Anaheim, California. Below is the slide deck for the talk I gave. In this slide presentation, Tony Passey, CEO of Firetoss, discusses predictions for digital marketing in 2016. He talks about potential enhancements in Google’s search algorithm that would account for mobile indexing of in-app content and the need for addressing un chartered territory in smartphones. Additionally, the use of adblockers has increased dramatically and content publishers are feeling the effects of lower ad revenue for content centered websites. Changes such as pay-walls for content or increased cost to display ads may ensue as publisher try to replace revenue for their content assets.

SLCircle Display Advertising Technology

Our CEO, Tony Passey, spoke at the Ohio Trucking Association annual event held in Wheeling, West Virginia on October 19-21, 2014.  As demands on the transportation industry increase there is a growing shortage of drivers.  In response to driver shortages, Firetoss’s CEO spoke on solving recruiting as a digital marketing problem.

The target demographic for trucking driver recruiting is accessing the web primarily on the mobile device.  Very few trucking companies have a process built for recruiting drivers through a mobile platform.  Tony Passey spoke to heads of trucking companies about the need for making the transition to mobile.
